Hanmi-Handachi Ryote-Dori Shiho-Nage

Omote-Wasa : Swinging up your arms, move into the front of your partner on your feet. This move is necessary to avoid his possible kick. After standing up, turn around and swing your arms down in a cutting motion. If you turn around without straightening yourself up, chances are that you will be whipped down backwards.
